Growing up in a tattoo studio in the early 2000's things were always a challenge. We didn't grow up very wealthy, times were tough. Seemed like we always struggled, but we always had what we needed.. One time my father actually punched a hole in the wall to the vacant storefront next door to steal electricity so he could keep working. Burning propane heaters so the pipes wouldn't freeze.... we were old school, lived by the code. Snitches get stickers, 3 can keel a secret if 2 are dead... it was a very interesting life. Thankfully I'm all about peace, love and unity now... lol times change a person.. The time i spent jn the shop on my visits ( I lived promarly with my mother in a small town in Southern Minnesota) I managed to learn and cut my teeth in the old school ways. From building tattoo machines making needles and mixing inks all the way to cleaning the floors and answering phones, you did what was needed in order to survive. Sure times were hard, but when they were good... man they were good.. In my 15 years experience I've traveled all over the midwest, tattooed many shops work with some amazing artists. Made many friends. I've learned to hone my craft and my ability. I am constantly learning. I enjoy doing black and gray realism new school Neo traditional color work. Bring me all the skulls, 90's kids stuff, Pokémon and fun stuff you want. I'm always game. Let's turn your ideas into reality. Remember, stay positive, strive forward. Much love.
